This symposium will reexamine the influence and importance of one of America's greatest sculptors, Augustus Saint-Gaudens (1848-1907). A series of lectures will begin at 1:30 p.m. followed at 5 p.m. by the premiere of a new film about the artist. The event will take place in the museum's Nan Tucker McEvoy Auditorium, which is located near the 8th and G Street NW entrance. A reception will follow the film. No registration will be required.
